What types of products do you sell?

We offer a variety of products, including digital products (e-books, online courses and vendors) as well as a range of hair care products and accessories.

How do I purchase digital products?

Simply browse our digital product catalog, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. After your purchase, you’ll receive a link to instantly download your digital products.

How will I receive my digital products?

Once your payment is processed, you will be directed to a download page, and we will also send a download link to your email. You can access your digital products immediately after purchase.

How can I contact customer service?

If you have any questions or need assistance, you can reach our customer service team by emailing us at beautebarbythekk@gmail.com or by using the contact form on our website. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.

How do I use the hair products?

Each product comes with detailed usage instructions on the packaging and product description page. If you have any specific questions about how to use a particular item, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Can I sign up for a subscription to receive hair products regularly?

Currently, we do not offer subscriptions, but we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter to receive notifications on restocks, promotions, and new product releases.

SHIPPING

What is the shipping policy?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. All orders will receive tracking numbers via email for shipping updates. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.

All orders INCLUDE package insurance covering the full price of the order.

Pick-Up orders are filled within 24 hours. You will receive a message when order is ready for pick up.

What if I put the incorrect address?

Please make sure your address is filled out correctly. We cannot change any shipping addresses. Please be sure to double check for correct address prior to placing your order. Addresses cannot be changed therefore, your order will be cancelled if it has not yet been fulfilled and shipped. We are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address.

What if my package arrives damaged?

All orders are mail insured. ShopBeautéBar is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier to submit a claim due their negligence and failure to meet your expectation. ShopBeautéBar, IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT OF YOUR ORDER.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this moment, we do not offer international shipping for our physical products. However digital products can be purchased internationally.

REFUNDS

Can I return or exchange digital products?

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your download or the product, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

What is your return policy for hair products?

All sales are FINAL. There will be no refunds issued for any products. If you have issues with your order, please reach out to us directly as we will try our best to resolve any issues.
